@NHLJets Jets fans, if the Jets traded Helle and Lowry to FLA for Lundell and 8th overall and moved Shief to DET for Cossa, Kasper and Bear. Not because we dislike our guys, just because its time. would you agree with the moves and be excited for next season.
Did some AI puck-tracking on that controversial Oilers/Ducks call. As an Oilers fan it pains me to say it, but the math doesn't lie — it's a goal. By 3 pixels. @Sportsnet

“It would be so…” NHL Draft Lottery edition:
It would be so…
• Vancouver to finish in last place and still lose the draft lottery.
• Chicago to get another top 3 pick.
• New York to trade their 1st after a couple seasons.
• Calgary to win themselves out of a top pick.
• Florida to get the 1st OA pick.
• St. Louis to have a bad first half of the season then go on a streak and sneak in to the playoffs.
• San Jose to get another high end young player.
• Winnipeg to waste the potential of their 1st round pick.
• Toronto to lose a top pick to Boston.
• Seattle to draft a forward that adds to their middle 6.
• Los Angeles to draft someone to doesn’t pan out.
Love them both but neither should be on the jets next season. Jets can easily trade them for picks at the draft with this horrible upcoming free agency.
Connor Hellebuyck in Elimination Games in his career (NHL Playoffs/4 Nations/Olympics)
He has played in 14 elimination games.
His teams record is 6-8
He’s stopped 397 out of 428 shots. Good for a .928 Sv%

And allow me to join the chorus who hate that this is going to be settled 3-on-3.
I wish provisions had been made for a regular 5-on-5 OT to settle gold.
However, it is what it is, for both teams here.
I'd say may the best team win. In 3-on-3, it's often more the luckiest.
