Cheesing is a strategy that invalidates the difficulty of a boss, and one that you have to go out of your way to play. Anyone can beat the malenia in a couple tries if they aggro bait and run away so they don't have to fight it

You didn't even dodge a single waterfowl blade, it shows you never actually got to engage with the boss fight properly
