So whose customer service is worse, @British_Airways or @OctopusEnergy ? I’d say it’s a tie. Neither company has any interest in its customers. A sad goodbye to both, as their employees are lovely, but management clearly couldn’t give less of a toss.

TWO CAN PLAY THAT GAME: The official Massachusetts state website for SNAP benefits is now displaying an alert warning that Trump is “choosing not to issue November SNAP benefits that help you and many families put food on the table.”

The site also notes that people “may have your benefits cut starting in November because of changes Congressional Republicans and President Trump enacted in the ‘One Big Beautiful Bill.’”
