Remember the 17 yr old who stole car from Hammond YMCA in Nov of 18? Led the @HammondINPolice on high speed chase all around @cityofhammond?

The chase ended w/ his car became stuck, then he tried to ram 2 HPD Officers, who responded by firing "non-fatal" shots for their safety.
