@Readdle FYI, was looking at using Spark because iPhone interface is great. No calendar on Windows meant it's a no for now though. Hope you have it soon.
@Outlook The "New" Outlook for Windows is supposed to moving towards feature parity with other Outlooks, but the "unified inbox" and the ability favourite shared inboxes is missing, both critical for anyone with more than one account. Not on the roadmap?? When will we see these?

@MicrosoftHelps I have a M365 ticket in and the agent is refusing to escalate to their supervisor/manager. I assume this is an outsourced provider and they lose benefits if they escalate. How do I get assistance? Ticket now over 3 months old.
