Hey @markmartin, can we start a movement to get @nascar to be more logical when a caution comes out close to a stage end? They wasted 20 minutes under caution today when they could have called the stage, opened the pits, and gone green much quicker.

@aaronbearden93 Agree 💯, wasted 20 min under caution today. It’s as simple as: a caution with 5 laps or less remaining, the stage is considered complete & pits open as soon as it’s safe. 10 laps or less remaining, NASCAR uses best judgment but make every effort to finish stage as advertised.

@jeff_gluck Happy it’s over and the teams have some stability in their Finacial investment. Hope that the future will see the teams and NASCAR work together toward a better product. Sad it got as far as it did and the sport has suffered a black eye.
