4⃣WFP’s resilience-building efforts strengthened the ability of communities to withstand shocks, including those caused by climate change. As a result, 12,000 hectares of degraded land were rehabilitated last year 🌾, an area almost the size of Washington DC! #changinglives

3⃣WFP’s emergency food assistance prevented malnutrition for almost 85,000 children aged 6 – 23 months, and for over 64,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women and girls. Tens of thousands of children were screened in 2023 to detect and tackle malnutrition #CrisisResponse
