@row_gath @BruceWayneW1980 @RickKackis I agree with you on that, it scummy. I'm in the design industry and see this happen all the time. However, in this case, its pretty much air tight. Bungie made a derivative piece of art based off of another derivative piece of art, which is where TOS and the law agree is allowed.

@RyanAlters 1) I know its hard to admit but it does. I attached the more lengthy version from the TOS that addresses submissions to Bungie forums (which this was, not as an AOTW submission). 2) As someone who is in the design industry (architecture), it quite sadly is the world we live in.

@RyanAlters @way2slims @Ms5000Watts When he posted it on Bungie Creations Forums, he gave Bungie the right to use it any way they wanted by clicking "I Agree" on the TOS/COC box then posting it. I know it sucks, Bungie is morally bankrupt for it, but its allowed.
