No matter how perfect you try to be, something will always slip through the cracks.
Allow the cracks to guide you rather than constantly having to keep it all together.
Trust the body’s natural capacity to deal with the day and any other challenges that might come up.
There will always be a new story or a new mental narrative to try and make sense of an experience or the world.
hey Scott,
This reminded me a bit of Joe dispenzaa breaking the habit of being yourself.
Made me think of synchronicities coming from the environment/life and trusting externally/letting go rather than just focusing internally.
What do you think about trusting externally out in life and surrendering to such synchronicities?
@scottdomes Fuck man, you put this so well. Thank you Scott. I think for me there has always been an unmet need underlying a fantasy, it’s just really hard to work it out without a blueprint or experiencing what ot feels like to have that need met.
There is unlimited access to psycho education. People are now more educated than therapists. But there is a lack of integration or applying psychoeducation to the real world. This will be the single most important skill in the years to come, which is also something AI can’t do for you.
@LolaNeuroPhylo Hey Lola,
The courage to feel, has this come to you on your own at times? Or usually with the presence of someone else.
At times I try and slow things down and feel on my own, but with others it can be scarier but helpful.
