@muddy_mayhem1 I have many reasons to dislike this guy but this definitely adds. I’ve avoided posting my own “motivational happy stuff” for exactly this reason! I’m fortunate to have outside space & so far able to make a living from home, around me many others are literally in the shit storm😡

Plank with your hands on a ball encourages you to maintain a stable core whilst your hands are not so stable-like every time you ride! This will stop you using your reins for balance & also help you if your horse drops his head suddenly.
