@Visa Before I tag the merchant in this post can you confirm that passing on Credit Card Fees to customers is a violation of the merchant agreements with Visa. Merchants can write these fees off against cost of goods sold as tax expenses but instead they are charging customers.

@Visa @GatzkeOrchard - Confirmed your charging of customers VISA fees against the their merchant agreement. You are passing on operation costs to your customers that are tax right offs for your business. I know the fees add costs and overhead.
