Extremely disappointed with @letsblinkit and their customer service support. I placed an order for a packet of Walkers Belgian Chocolate Chunk Biscuits on 22nd February 2024 from Blinkit, while opening the package today, I noticed that the product had already expired. The expiration date mentioned was October 28, 2023.

I immediately tried to report this issue to Blinkit customer care, but as per their policy, all issues have to be reported within 72 hours else they get closed. Therefore, I’m unable to report the query or speak to a customer care representative as well currently. Beyond my understanding how such a reputed brand, @blinkitcares owned by @zomato, is selling expired products on their platform don’t they have any regulatory checks? They are simply cheating their customers like this.
