@Airbnb My tenant has been illegally renting my apartment on AirBnB for 12 months-just found out. Have reported this to you also now. Hope you ban this person from your platform as I am taking legal actions. Your platform needs to do a better job at screening such users.

@IncredibleRugs Crazy ! ! I ordered 5 carpets - guess what - cancelling all of them given the crazy shipping delivery method. Asking the customer to pull the carpet out of the truck !?! Never ever have I encountered such a bad service. The driver was rude as hell

Fix your customer support #sucks
