@AshwiniVaishnaw ji, my train no. 11301 coach B4, berth 59 and 62 - PNR 8450722033. Air on is switched of for two hours between 2AM to 5AM. Raised issue on RsinOne app. Staff argues that A.C was not off while entire coach 70 passengers suffered suffocation.

@DRMSolapur your staff switched off Aircon but has been pretending that it was on. I am educated enough to know if the AC is on or not. Staff manager argued that there was technical issue then how did the AC get on receiving complaint? Staff said there was not technical issue.
