When the Chinese bought this license, the deal was negotiated and signed in Australia and Hong Kong for nearly N$20 billion. Namibia got ZERO. Today, Namibia"owns" 10% through Epangelo Mining. The Chinese own 90%. Husab shipped its first uranium in 2016. Ten years later— in 2026 — Namibia has NOT SEEN A SINGLE DOLLAR from that 10% stake. The only "benefit" was the CEO of Epangelo pocketing sitting allowances for attending meetings - paid into his Personal Bank Account. Yes, For 10 ten years, our PUPPET GOVERNMENT collected ZERO for the people. They now HANDED OVER 70% of our coastal WATER to the same Chinese. They PROMISED the Chinese that Nothing will change during their recent trip where they ate 🍝 🍜. Now they want to rush laws through Parliament — not to fix this, but to give MORE POWER to the President (Oil Bill), the Prime Minister (PEGA Bill), and Governors (Regional Council Bill). These NEW POWERS will be used to SELL MORE and MORE. The Chinese are NOT the Problem. They are SMART. We should learn from them. The Problem is our PUPPET GOVERNMENT. We will not be SILENT while people in their 70s and 60s are SELLING our Country. We will CONTINUE TO FIGHT ‼️
