If you are not one of the best in absolute best in the country, doing the recruiting process the RIGHT way & making schools feel like you are truly interested in them is SO IMPORTANT.
In today’s transfer world, college coaches want kids who WANT them…
If you think you’re going to get offers just sending “some” emails & doing the bare minimum… September 1 is probably going to be a wake up call.
Start the process EARLY - do it right & you will thank yourself later when you have more options!!

We know when you’re running your kid’s X account. College coaches know when you’re sending their emails.
You’re not helping — you’re holding them back.

Let them grow.
Let them fail.
Let them own it.

what they believe is the best choice for them. Turnover is part of the process. AND don’t badmouth other coaches because of it. Take a long hard look in the mirror and maybe you can figure out why they left.
The players who left your travel ball team aren’t disloyal, Coach. They’re doing what’s best for them. Let that player go. Let that family go. And, most importantly, let the defensiveness and emotion go. Switching teams is never easy, but the parents and player ultimately made
