From training sessions to playing games in a not-so-serious setting where you will undoubtedly have fun, our sessions are just that, creating a place for young people to play basketball and get better with every session.

Throughout October, Lynwood Arts participants worked hard to submit work to the Darlington Arts Festival! It was an opportunity to get creative and have their work displayed at the Festival.

Tuesday, 27th September saw our Arts participants taking part in the Arts Exhibition! The hardwork of participants from the Ellenbrook, Mirrabooka, Moorditij Koolonga and Lynwood programs were on display for all to appreciate. Thank you to Moorditij and Matt for running workshops
The Mirrabooka arts participants went to watch 'Barracking of the Umpire' last Saturday.

Another great match in the ERC Liga junior competition between Local Parks Koondoola and Ellenbrook. Both teams put up a great deal of talent, sportsmanship. The game ended with a 3:1 win for the Ellenbrook team. @FootballWest @DLGSCsport @TrueSportWA
On Friday, 9 September, Lynwood Leadership participants took part in a Model UN Debate with UN Youth. The topic this Council discussed was surrounding climate-induced conflict. The participants really enjoyed the experience and are looking to continue debating complex topics!

Lucy loves spending time with youth in our programs and getting to know them. She also loves reading, matcha lattes and music! πβπ΅
Lucy is studying psychology and is passionate about a future helping young people.
