@AmazonHelp Product has 100 days of return.
We have requested for pickup, carrier has not contacted us in last 20 days nor is Amazon able to help with pickup.
We have offered drop at our expense if that helps expedite the process.
We want to return the product

@AmazonHelp so end of the day amazon didn't help they not ready to do return nor refund that's what I got in email. is this the customer service after paying money to amazon for prime membership
@AmazonHelp I didnโt get any email even though I filled the form and also after that I spoke to Amazon customer care but they are not ready to help when and from whom I should get email I checked all my mailbox nothing so far far from Amazon
@AmazonHelp So we spoke with Amazon call center and same thing they hung up on me and not ready to resolve the issue even though pilot and 3rd part refused to pick up . Now they want UPs to pick up but not ready to share tracking or any reference number
@AmazonHelp Unboxed mattresses can not be returned and only eligible for refund.
No one is able to help with return or refund.
We do not wish to keep the product .
