@rikusynth oh no, might be better to return it and get a different one instead. is it possible to just connect the mic directly to one of the motherboard’s usb ports?

@rikusynth hmmm, might be a bad power adapter that came with it. if you have a usb 3.0 port on your motherboard, you can try using the hub without the power adapter first. if not, maybe you can also trying using both usb hubs and splitting the connected devices amongst them
