There's also questions about Butcher's use of a charity as a campaign prop during the 2024 Blackpool South by-election. He was at the start of being investigated by the Charity Commission when he abruptly resigned as a trustee to 'protect its reputation'. Right.

Looking at his social media for his charity campaigning, every other post is about voting for him and Reform UK.

He's also a YouTube conspiracy theorist, posting a video about the debunked Kalergi plan, a far-right, antisemitic, white genocide theory.

He also claimed that the CIA made TVs to put people to sleep so they would not be alert to other conspiracies.

🚨 Today Brexit ceased to be untouchable.

A serving British PM has finally told the country the truth:

“Brexit has done more harm than good.”

@andyburnham said the present settlement is not good enough, that limited sector by sector repairs are not enough, and that Britain must decide upon a new longterm relationship with its largest market.

He will now put the different options before the country and seek consensus around one.

He did not explicitly promise the single market, customs union or EU membership today.

But once those options are examined honestly measuring growth, trade, investment, food security and freedom for our young people 🔥 the old Brexit red lines cannot survive.

This is the beginning of a government-led route back towards Europe.

The public should have voted on the withdrawal agreement before voting.
