@chdyctt @NialFinegan It is just an argument to ensure a mathematics subject is compulsory up to year 12 like English is.

@NialFinegan These tests are not parr of a teaching degree, only ones that you need to complete in order to graduate*.

I have recently done some practice tests for the numeracy one and all I can say is they don't necessary prove one would know numeracy withthe way problems are worded.

@sandylanceley @Constababble Increase funding of public schools would combat all aspects so one doesnt have to look to the private ed for better education - better incentives for teachers (shortages & burnout problems), more material & personnel resources to combat teacher workloads & stress/burnout.
