Para transferi yaparken aniden şirket hesabımızı bloke ettiniz. Sizden destek istediğimizde, bunun otomatik devreye giren bir güvenlik önemi olduğunu söylediniz.

Tekrar hesabımızı kullanabilir hale gelmek için ciddi çaba sarf etmek gerekti.

Resmi destek hattınızla konuştuğumda, açıklama olarak, "üst üste iki para transferi yapmaya çalıştınız" dediniz. Bu nasıl açıklama?

Bankanızdaki hesabımızdan üst üste iki defa para transferi yapamayacak mıyız?

Bu tip bir hata yaptığınızda, hatanızı makul bir sürede telafi etmelisiniz. Sonrasında mantıklı bir açıklama yapıp; ÖZÜR dilemelisiniz. Aynı hatayı tekrar tekrar yapmamalısınız.

Bugün beni bu hatanızdan dolayı mağdur ettiniz. Üstelik bu ilk defa olmuyor. Ne ilk hatanızdan sonra, ne de bugünkü hatanızdan sonra, kimse beni arayıp samimi bir özür dilemedi. Bu nedenle bu mesajı yazmamın doğru olacağını düşündüm.

@GarantiBBVA güvenlik önlemi adı altında, yanlışlıkla şirket hesabımızı bloke ediyor. Güvenlik! birimi "Çözdük" diyor. Ama çözülmüyor. Güvenlik önleminin otomatik olarak devreye girmesine neden olan "hatam" şuymuş:

İkinci transferi yapmaya çalıştığımda hesabımı, parolamı bloke edeceksiniz. Ben de işimi gücümü bırakıp hesabımı tekrar açmanız için telefon başında dil mi dökeceğim?

Ne yaptığınızın farkında mısınız?
Hatanızın farkında mısınız?
Hesaplarımızın güvenliğiyle ilgili bilip de söylemediğiniz başka bir durum mu var yoksa?
Detaylı bir açıklama ve ÖZÜR bekliyorum.
Resmi destek hattı olan 444 0 333 üzerinden makul zamanda çözüm üretemiyorlar.
Üstelik bu hata daha önce de oldu. Aklı selim bir açıklama ve özür dileyen olmadı.
