“What is delayed has not been forgotten, what has been silent is not dead yet. Before the year ends, may God surprise you with that thing you know only God can do.”
- Oga Eric @eric_gugua thank you for this video 🙏🙏🙏
This advice rarely applies to women. The biological clock does not wait for your career plan or your "readiness".
If you postpone marriage until you have "built yourself" and you hit 35, you will not be in a better position. You will be in a harder one. At that point it will not be family or society pressing you. It will be nature.
A lot of the women telling other women to delay marriage until they have built their careers are already married, or they are still under 30. Wait until you are 30–35. You will see that life is not a rehearsal. Life is not fair.
A man can wait until 40 and still marry well. A woman should not treat that as her timeline. Aim to marry before 30. Chase your dreams. But, do not ignore a genuine relationship while you do it. Do not gamble with time.
I repeat: DO NOT GAMBLE WITH TIME.
Above all, love God.
How it feels to watch everyone argue about Christians and Atheists knowing you and God have your own personal relationship that nobody needs to understand ✨
1. If you miss someone, you should probably tell them. Pride has never hugged anybody.
2. The person who cares less usually has more power in a relationship.
3. You can love someone deeply and still be completely wrong for them.
4. Most people don’t want honesty. They want honesty that agrees with them.
5. If everyone remembers you as a good person, you probably weren’t being completely honest with everyone.
6. Being attractive is probably one of the biggest forms of social privilege nobody admits.
7. If you have to constantly prove you’re loyal, you’re probably in the wrong relationship.
8. The older you get, the more you realize “potential” is one of the most dangerous things to fall in love with.
9. Most “situationships” are just relationships where one person is too scared to ask what it is.
10. Your best friend probably knows a version of you that your partner will never meet.
You think life is fair?
1. There are good women who are sidechicks
2. Whores that have perfect relationships
3. Good guys who are being cheated on
4. Lazy people who have money
5. Givers who are really poor
6. Stingy people who are rich
7. Hardworking people who are paupers
8. Innocent people who are in prison
9. Thieves walking freely
10. Poor people with a perfect immune system
11. Rich people who dare not skip a week to visit the clinic,
12. Hungry people with no illness, foodies with ulcer dilemmas
Just live and let live - also try to enjoy life as it comes.
🚨 Messi retirement reminds me of his honest words about Cristiano Ronaldo 👀
🗣️Reporter: Who’s the best player in the world? Do not include yourself
🇦🇷Messi: “It’s hard to pick because they are so many. Let me think🤔. In my opinion Neymar, Mbappe, Hazard, Suarez, Kun(Aguero). I might have forgotten some. But I’m sure any of these players can be the best”
🗣️Reporter: You mentioned a lot of good players. But you’re forgetting someone. He wears the number 7. Does it come to mind?
🇦🇷Messi: “Cristiano? I excluded him with myself. We’re the same category (GOAT)”
Such an amazing human being ❤️ I will miss you forever 😭
This might sound cliché coming from me because I have said it at least seven times, if you care to search my page, but I’ll say it again. It is cliché because it is true anyway.
I like women a lot. My God! I wish I were exaggerating or trolling, but I’m not. I’m in love with women, particularly because they are not as fòolish as men, especially when it comes to dating.
A few days ago, a lady tweeted that there’s nothing in this life that would make her borrow money for a man she’s dating. That the least she could do is take out a loan for him using HIS BVN.
And here is another tweet from a woman basically saying she’d be stingy with her money if she were a man, because why would she spare extra money from her salary to give to a woman? Go through the comments and quotes, and it’s women agreeing with her and laughing about it.
You know what? I’m honestly not mad about it. Because, like I rightfully said, I love women a lot.
A few days ago, Ayra Starr’s younger sister, Salt, said on a podcast we watched here that if she’s richer than a man she’s dating, not only will she control him, but he also won’t know that she has more money than him, as he’d still have to be providing for her and giving her money.
What I’m driving at is very simple: women are ruthless with financial decision-making. No man is as frugal as the average woman. A woman you are dating can, in fact, “borrow” you money to buy something she wants, and then you refund her the money she lent you when you have it.
Yes, that is how fóolish men are. And women are never that dvmb. For that reason, I love them so much and I rate them.
What this tweet I quoted is basically saying is that men are stupïd.
The things you, as a man, will do for a woman with your money, 99.9% of them will never do for you. It is not because they don’t like you. They are simply not stupïd or reckless with their money.
You, the man, are the emotional one when it comes to dating. Women are the logical ones. They lied to you your whole life. And I hope you learn from them.
Your ex-girlfriend will find a new man.
She'll fall in love with him and be happy.
But she'll get mad at you when she finds out you have a more attractive girl and a more exciting life.
Level up.
Get a haircut every 2 weeks to stay sharp, wait 5 secs before answering the phone to control the rhythm, always arrive 15 mins early, stay away from free lunches, never talk about people who aren't in the room, and when anger rises, wait 10 mins before reacting. These habits may look rigid, but they're the hidden discipline of the elite.
To those dealing with heartbreak:
She's not f*cking special.
There are women out there who are prettier, smarter, younger, and better-natured than the girl you convinced yourself you "can't live without."
Your brain is lying to you because you're hurting.
The obsession will fade.
The pain will pass.
Stay f*cking strong.
There is one interesting thing I have learned about relationships: the way a couple argues can tell you a lot about the health of their relationship.
I once came across John Gottman’s research on couples, where he identified four particularly destructive communication patterns, which he called the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. They are criticism, contempt, defensiveness and stonewalling.
Arguing itself is not the problem. Couples will disagree. You can love someone deeply and still get angry with them.
The real issue is how you behave when you are angry.
“I’m upset about what you did” is very different from “You are a useless person.”
One addresses the behaviour. The other attacks the person.
Learning how to disagree without insulting, humiliating, dismissing or emotionally punishing your partner is one of the most underrated relationship skills.
You don't need a relationship where you never fight. You need a relationship where you can fight without destroying each other.
And this could be a regular guy in the street that you decide to have a confrontation with. Or having a girlfriend ophaphayo now you're up against this nigga as a corporate dude who can barely climb a flight of stairs without catching your breath
