It was an amazing faculty meeting PD today. We learned how to use the RP Circle as a tool for building community in our classrooms. Great Job RP Teachers Josh Horton and Lilly Esparza for all the work you put in to make this happen. This is when I feel like a principal.😊

Held my first New Teachers PLC today. 9 Teachers with 0-2 years experience who need the essential support in order to succeed. Started with an RP Circle about what went well as they began at HTM, followed by what did not go well. Give them a reason to stay.
