The one saving quality has been Peaches! (Literally, the Chambersburg peaches in July are 🙌🏼)

Anyway, trying not to fear this month.
God has the ability to redeem.

It's hard for me to explain how much I love Jesus and want the world to know His love.

It's also hard for me to explain how frustrating it is that one of the biggest obstacles to Christ is Christians who distort our faith to camouflage their bigotry.

An apple tree doesn’t need a sign to tell you what it is. You can tell by the fruit.

The same should be true of Christians.

Every Christian should have the fruit of the Spirit evident in their lives. Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Gentleness. Faithfulness. And self-control.

And the greatest of these is love.

Now there are folks who will say they are loving, even as they condemn people to hell and hurl all sorts of venom. But we know what love is like…

Scripture breaks it down a little more, to make sure we know the characteristics of love:
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” —1 Corinthians 13

It’s not an apple tree if you can see the lemons on it. And it’s not Christianity if it doesn’t look like Christ. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

If it isn’t loving, it isn’t God.
For God is love.
