@HBCUGameday Grambling Univ. was HBCU’s top football program. When their greatest player Doug Williams became the head coach, the team was mistreated, underfunded, and lacked equipment and supplies, Doug Williams!! HBCU Athletic Programs have dug a whole they will never be able to get of.
