@petnetiosupport How about answering some support requests. It’s been 2 months and I am still waiting. Feeder just sits in a corner since it won’t seem to connect to anything. Get it together or shut down completely at least that way I can toss $150 in the trash with no hope of it running again

@petnetiosupport I’ve been waiting since December for some type odd support. Can’t call because phone number is shut down, email gets me nowhere and DMs aren’t answered. They sell a $150+ dollar dog feeder and can’t seem to provide support. Disgusting to say the least.
