@petnetiosupport When I originally bought my first feeders, they would not connect. I called support and someone actually picked up, walked me thru troubleshooting and said they sent an update to the machine. After that, it worked great. Now nobody picks up.

@Petnetio I have sent multiple emails and called. NOTHING. I have 2 feeders that will not connect to wifi. Please call me back. I have replied to Josh Bullock’s lame support email with my keycodes in order to have the units replaced. No response.

@LiveKellyRyan That feeling of wanting to hug or squeeze the crap out of a cute animal is called the NOOSHES! My family made this term up when we were young kids. My blanket was called my Noosh. Its an overwhelming feeling of love that hurts just a little. ;)
