@Brian_Eastwood Homemade onion dip is pretty nuts. 50/50 sour cream and mayo, a dash of worcestershire, dash of soy sauce, chopped chives. Caramelize onions - sautee in oil, periodically adding a few tablespoons of beef broth and letting that cook off. Mix it together and rejoice.
@Brian_Eastwood@jeremycoleman Quick red onion pickle is a great condiment to have on hand. Cut the onion in half, top to bottom, then turn on the flat edge and thinly slice. Cram them into a mason jar or other vessel, add a pinch of oregano, a couple of bay leaves, a big pinch of salt, top up with vinegar.
@CandidCIO One helpful way to think about it (helpful, for me, anyway) is to codify what we mean based on objectives. Interoperability is a state of being, not a task or an objective, in and of itself.
@EricTopol@CDCgov If anyone with a prior infection was going to get vaccinated with a 2-dose vaccine, are any of them stopping after the 1st dose? Are you saying that we should only allocate those people one dose? If yes, why? There's no shortage in the US. What would be the point?
@CoherenceMed@BeLikeLight Let me know how it goes - I love that the testimonial is just a stock photo of some dude saying he thinks he should have been prescribed a medical grade stimulant. I feel like I should have won that big Powerball jackpot the other day, but you can wish in hand...
@CoherenceMed@BeLikeLight What does a "natural adderall" feel like? I'm genuinely confused because, to the best of my knowledge, adderall is not a naturally occurring substance.
@johnliuMD French fries. This might be a dark horse, but fries are delicious, terrible for you, and there's just something not as satisfying about having a salad with your burger.
