@frostedjakes22 @MySportsUpdate @Ian_OConnor I think its clear Rivers gets inducted. The noise when he came out of retirement this season often led with "Future HOF QB Rivers to return to the NFL after 4+ years."

The voters are mostly media and they absolutely love Phil, his personality and his family.
