@kpottermn Costco is great, albeit the cuts are enormous. A tip - don’t cut corners on resting after cooking. Wrap in foil, a towel or two, and park it in a cooler for an hour. It’ll hold heat well and make for a much more moist finished product. Slice across the grain, of course.
