@djeyenaboub1 Precisely the fact that the Internet is most often used as a learning space for web surfers, there should be a regulation on certain topics to prevent misleading information.
@el_leyenda27 I agree that regulating the Internet would be rather hard since the Internet is more of a international medium. But at the same time, there should also be some sort of censorship on certain topics to prevent false information from spreading.
#1D01Media180 I don't think the FCC should regulate the internet the way it does for television because doing so will suppress freedom of speech by limiting the diversity of voices and opinions. Also compared to television, the Internet is more of a dynamic interaction platform.
@S_Fatima0 I agree with how the musical score featuring Public Enemy's "Fight the Power" is used repeatedly, serving as a thematic and emotional anchor to the film. It also underscores the film's message of resistance and empowerment.#1D01Media180
@el_leyenda27 I agree that a lot of these cinematic tools used throughout the film really helped in generating that tension that ended in having audience feeling frustrated and angry. #1D01Media180
“Do the Right Thing” by Spike Lee, I could feel anger and frustration. Throughout the film, I witnessed a lot of injustices and tensions that play out among the film’s characters. This is hugely reflected in the broader societal issues that are still present now. #1D01Media180
@el_leyenda27 Yes, showing some new items that will be added to the game will keep Fortnite gamers looking for more updates that will better their gameplay.
@NanaFrimpong204 I agree that the tone of this advertisement is more on the playful side and it's not just directly showing you their products, but using comedy to keep the audience engaged.

This Coca-Cola Advertisement shows how when one is feeling down and lacking inspiration, a bottle of Coca-Cola will definitely cheer you forward. The target audience would be the general public as this is a drink that anyone could buy with ease.
@LeylaTasta23781 I agree with how cable allows us to have things to connect with each other by airing TV shows that families would look forward to watching, and thus having a common topic that people could talk about.
@christie_m67125 I totally agree with you since the modern world has allowed cable to emerge as a platform that allows many people to be well-informed about recent events around the world.
Cable hasn't disrupted our sense of community because we are living in the modern world where we are constantly updated about daily events. But I would say the traditional television system isn't more conducive because many stations have different stances on topics.#1D01Media180
@wydhyper I agree with your reasons for backing your stance on social media, but I would say that social media could also be used positively in spreading information. Though people tend to think of other's opinions as factually correct, there are ways to check if it's credible.
@high_swingx I agree, that what people say on social media could have a very strong influence positively or negatively even without it being factually correct.
Social media can foster and harm the political system of democracy and the principle of freedom because a higher authority can take down one post, thus oppressing the people's voice. But when social media is not oppressed, it can spread information quicker than ever.#1D01Media180
