The goal is to become nobody, but in order to do that, we first need to be the somebody we were born to be.
The gifts, archetypes, astrological imprints we were put on earth with. From that place we can beginto become one, this place aligns the complex puzzles we are.
The "imperfections" are really just the raw materials we were put on earth with, and an imperfect society has misguided our judgement on what "imperfect" is.
There's no such thing, there is only what is. The closest thing to imperfection is the label itself.
But the vibration of courage can be the antidote. Can we be more pure, more true to who we are.
That synchronization with who we were born to be, the alignment with the our raw material given to us at birth, is the frequency raiser.
It's truth, and it is truth is not thought of in the mind.
It's felt-deep in the heart.
My wife and I hired some contractors to redo our bathroom.
They got started this morning with the “deconstruction phase”.
I’ve had an analysis paralysis day today. Speculating and contemplating on what to do, when to do it, the right way to do it, etc.
Meanwhile, every hour an artifact of our bathroom was ripped out and brought downstairs.
In the 4 hours I’ve been contemplating things in my head, my entire bathroom was gutted.
These guys came in with a mission and got to work.
No wondering, no speculating, just got to work.
Friendly reminder that it may be messy, but it’s progress.
If you don’t know what to do, just start doing something, anything.
You need momentum (and I need earplugs).
in order to heal, your ego must feel pain.
your patterns must feel pain.
you must feel pain (or more accurately, who you think you are)
your pain is in the way of the real you.
think about it…how can you be something you’re experiencing, when experience is secondary to the experiencer?
if you can catch a glimpse of the real you experiencing your ego and patterns, those are powerful moments for healing.
but the ego quickly jumps back in. it always wants to be in the game of life. in order to heal, it needs to be sidelined, like the aggressive player taken out of a sports game.
and the best way to guarantee a sidelined player?
Injury.
conscious exposure to situations where your ego takes a beating will sideline this toxic player and let the real champ take over.
Good prompt to start the day with chatGPT:
