@ohiowhiskey Trust me on this. They do this in IA and IL. All it does is allow people to bring every non-bourbon friend and fam they know, 15 minutes before the drawing, and grab every bottle from the shop you go to every day. Then you will never see them again until the next big drawing.

@ohiowhiskey Unfortunately, I only live in Ohio for 15% of the time (for now). Today was the other God-forsaken 85%. Devastating.
