Update: I heard from Jason in @AmazonHelp customer service. He sent instructions to Uncle Bob and Aunt Pat for how to correct the email address and resend the gift card. Hopefully they can figure that out and get the $ to their niece Erica.

Someone named “Uncle Bob & Aunt Pat” sent me a $150 @amazon gift card. Those aren’t my aunt/uncle. The email address is a No Reply address. How do I let Bob & Pat know they sent $ to the wrong person?
