Theory time.

So what if serial killers were just an off shoot or a first run at MK Ultra? It seems to me we went from dozens and dozens in the 70s and 80s to a few in the 90s to almost none today? Nobody finds that odd?

Now I’m well aware that there obviously are still serial killers out there, look no farther than those two nuts in Philly for proof. But didn’t the media used to give them scary names? Nightstalker. Son of Sam. Zodiac. And don’t think that’s a coincidence either. The MSM has been a part of the fear porn for DECADES.

So let’s assume I’m right and serial killers were the first pass. What would they move onto next? What’s scarier than someone killing you in your home? Maybe someone shooting up a school or a concert? Is the “average” American who just snaps and goes on a spree scarier than one deranged man targeting and killing his victims over time? I’d say it’s probably scarier now than back in the 80s, wouldn’t you?

I guess my point is this. We know the Government worked on MK Uktra. We know that they at least attempted to get people to assassinate leaders with this technique. (Sirhan Sirhan comes to mind)

So who’s to say they didn’t try it out on the public to see and test results? Might that be where the “Serial Killer” truly originated from? And now with all the mass shootings that have gone up while serial killers have apparently gone down. I find that very intriguing. What say you?

🔴⚖️ CONNECTICUT, BROOKFIELD: Dominican National, Dr. Jose Mahfoud, arrested for sexually assaulting a minor and plying them with methamphetamine.

Mahfoud, who got a degree in the Dominican Republic prior to coming to the United States to attend Bridgeport University, was the Assistant Medical Director at Sophia Natural Health Center in Brookfield.

Previously, Mahfoud also worked as clinical faculty from 2014 to 2022 and as the full-time Director/Dean of Clinical Education and the Chief Medical Officer at the University of Bridgeport School of Naturopathic Medicine (UBSNM) from 2016 through 2020. That program was discontinued.

Per the press release, the Brookfield Police Department concluded a months-long investigation into allegations by the juvenile patient, resulting in the arrest of Dr. Jose Mahfoud on an active arrest warrant, and he was taken into custody on September 10, 2026 on the following charges:

- C.G.S 53a-71(a)(10) Sexual Assault 2nd Degree

- C.G.S 21a-267a(a) Distribution of a controlled substance to person <18 yrs

According to the juvenile, Dr. Mahfoud had allegedly provided the juvenile with methamphetamine while the juvenile was receiving treatment at Sophia Natural Health Center and had engaged in a sexual relationship with the juvenile. They communicated on Telegram.

The investigation was conducted with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations.
