#JetBlue Worst customer service ever. JB canceled flight. Priceline says it’s JB‘s responsibility, JB says it’s PL‘s. JB agent said I was foolish for believing PL. JB was rude condescending and tried to pressure me into a $900 flight in its place. Mimicked my voice and words.
When I told the manager that I would not be flying JetBlue again he mocked my voice and said oh you’ll not be flying JetBlue again? Unbelievable. I have never been so disrespected or spoken to so childishly by an adult professional before.
@VerizonSupport This is all about customer service for our $100 gift card and streaming stick that were supposedly mailed out months ago. I just called again. “Currently experiencing problems and cannot assist you.” This now makes 6 calls, 2 chats and 4 posts. False advertising on incentives!
@VerizonSupport still haven’t been able to get ahold of you. Was given 2 different numbers to call - second number is STILL automated voice “we cannot help you due to circumstance out of our control.” IM DONE.
#verizonfios I followed up AGAIN (this is try 5) with the special promotions phone number and AGAIN I get the “we are not able to take your call” message. 4 months. No help.
@VerizonSupport Thanks but this the same runaround I have been getting for 4 months. While I appreciate the apology, I am looking for a resolution. It’s ridiculous that this has gone on so long.
#verizon Fios, I am so frustrated with your customer service. If anyone is looking to purchase Verizon FIOS don’t fall for the hype. They promise gift cards and other promos and I have YET to receive anything despite 4 phone calls and multiple chats.

I called that line and got a recorded message that the line wasn’t working and to call back another time. Meanwhile I am paying you every month for spotty service and am still waiting on the promos. BS. This is a warning to anyone thinking about FIOS. Rethink it. #verizonfios
When I called customer service today the automated line kept disconnecting the call and telling me to call back when I had the information that I JUST PROVIDED. Then I started a chat, the chat person told me they couldn’t help me and I had to call a special promotions line.
First I couldn’t acces the electronic gift card through my account, then they were going to mail it. Then they were going to mail it AGAIN. 4 months, still nothing.#VerizonFios
