Ok @Delta - you’re still my favorite airline but tonight’s travel was ROUGH! Diverting to Knoxville and being stuck on the runway of a closed airport was AWFUL. How about a first class upgrade on my return flight to LAX next week or something??

@CalFTB how am I supposed to get assistance. I call and try to do the call back option and no one ever calls back. I hold and the wait time is double what is mentioned, or too many calls. I have spent the last 2 weeks every day trying to get in touch. I want my money!!

@lugg less than impressed with my first attempt to use. Scheduled a pickup between 4pm and 5pm. As of 5:30 I still hadn’t heard from my liver. Had to cancel due to dinner reservations. Here’s to hoping the reschedule for tomorrow works out better!

Extremely frustrated w/ @united ‘s lack of communication regarding UK’s liquid policy. When your bags get through just fine in the US but then you have to check in the UK because of stricter rules @united should tell you that when you are booking. Thanks for costing me $! 😡

@allegiant - worst delayed flight communication from an airline ever. No one working at the gate, no updates other than a texts delaying. Two hours in we find out a new plane is in route. New plane lands and then we still have to wait another 45 minutes to board. #stillwaiting
