@DKThomp What I'm seeing on Threads is a massive, bustling, enthusiastic and largely progressive/centrist community taking shape.
I can see Twitter lingering on as a Fox News-ish space plus a block of legacy (mostly) non-power users interested in other topics (particularly non U.S.).
@onejasonknight My 1st "x" post in nearly a year (I'm @ericberlin_seattle on Threads)...
Reaction to this video is completely bizarre, and the notion that it spurred tech/prod mgt layoffs, even *if* true, would illustrate that PMs weren't understood/appreciated in those orgs in the first place.
@TheTrueBrendanF Could not disagree more. Janice is an all-time chaos agent, and Richie is one of the best creepy (relative) "bad guy" foils for Tony -- so much so that I wish they kept him around longer. Also, Season 2 is just Peak Sopranos on every level.
@MadMenQts "The Jet Set" is one of my favorite episodes, showed off fit the first time how Mad Men could go off in wildly different directions when it wanted to.
@EricIdle Very helpful in part in explaining why a movie like Clerks is iconic while a movie like [insert superhero thing here] is... what was that one again?
@Wildaboutmusic David, I've moved over to Threads and am just about done with Twitter, but I had to post this link just for you, part of my (insane) project to compile my best 1,000 albums ever... https://t.co/HZ1oiuwfqe
@NBA_NewYork And Quickley is only 24. He was immensely valuable in the regular season and *started* playing better right before he got hurt in the playoffs. He deserves to get re-signed; he's part of the culture the knicks are building.
@Geniusbastard I am obsessed with Project Greenlight and didn't realize there was a new season avail, thank you!
Also thought that single season of The Chair (the Starz docuseries, not the Sandra Oh limited series, which was quite good!) was absolutely fascinating, wished there was more.
