@HMRCcustomers Thanks Amandine. When you say stay online, do you mean stay on the phone call? If so, you can’t - it automatically ends. I think I’ve called about a hundred times over the last few weeks with the same result. Please advise.

Hi, I hope you can help, I applied for a childcare account for myself and my partner, but my application hasn’t been dealt with and I applied over a month ago. The helpline is not receiving calls and just asks me to call back later. Need to get this sorted asap.
@TrapstarLondon very disappointed in your service… why don’t you respond to any form of communication!? We have spent £200 over two weeks ago and have not yet received a dispatch notification!! Please could somebody respond?
Spent £160 on the shop, arrived on time last night at 9pm in the evening, but chicken ordered was ‘use by’ the same day! Poor form from @sainsburys - usually so good.
