This is the reason why you're depressed and can get out of it and how to cure it.
I used to be there too. I genuinely hated who I was to the point I would harm myself physically

@MindHaste Its okay to be sad. Sometimes it comes, maybe because you're not getting the expected result.
But its not okay to let sadness keep you from working hard and improving.
Be a sad winner. At the end of the day, its just a feeling.
@wealth_director Let me add this: when you share everything you're doing you lower the value of that thing.
There's no longer a surprise or mystery element, which is important to maintain attention.
@Alexmathers84 The 30-day habit eradication is one of the best things you can do. Its similar to a dopamine detox
What it does is that it makes your brain more focused on what you consider important at the moment, like a task or a workout, a diet, etc.
You get more control over your desires🏆
You are shy because you're embarrassed of yourself. You're fat, you have no hygiene, look bad, and awkward.
Stop being like this, and get your ass to the gym.
There you can build the first grams of real confidence of your life.
@ML_Philosophy Best: Don't be pushy. If she doesn't wanna hang out with you or something, leave her. Mind your business. Maybe she's not interested in you.
Worst: Talk with her for 1-2 months being friendly in hope you end up f***** her.
There's no pill that will cure your depression.
Indeed, pills keep you away from beating it
Since its that feeling that makes you do something about your situtation.
Depression means that you need a change, not that you're ill and need pills.
If you are struggling to get into good habits:
Get into a dopamine detox. Do all day along good habits, be productive, don't consume shit content or waste time
At the end of the day you can spend 1h doing something you like or watching entertainment, but don't get crazy 👁
This is the reason why you're depressed and can get out of it and how to cure it.

Set a goal, and break it into pieces. Start doing those small daily tasks, and you'll start completing the pieces to form the puzzle, a.k.a, achieving your goal.
And remember this, it's crucial...⬇️
