2 months ago, I went all in on learning how to day trade. I've been studying technical analysis, risk management, & trading psychology non-stop.
Now I'm trying to turn my $5k trading account into a full-time income by the end of the year.
@Support Oops! Small typo there ๐คฆ๐ผ
I think you meant to say "X @Support doesn't have a support team so we will never contact you or reply to your customer service requests".
Maybe @elonmusk can hook you up with a free premium account so you can fix that little typo
It's been 5 days since my business had its twitter account permanently suspended w/o warning.
Still haven't been told why it was suspended. Still haven't gotten a response to my suspension appeal. Still haven't been able to talk to anybody at X.
@elonmusk, please do better.
my business had it's @X suspended. I have not been told why and I have not received any responses to my appeals.
@Support@Safety@elonmusk - How can I get my account unsuspended?

@Support -- I have a business account on X and it was just suspended. I think it was falsely reported for rules violations.
I filed an appeal but I'm wondering if anything else can be done to get my account back.
It's critically important to my business.

@wrecklessdrive1 It's a game of probabilities and history says the odds were in my favor. If you have a 60% chance of being right you take that bet every time. You will lose some (like I did here), but over time, you'll come out ahead.
Last week my trading goal was to have a profitable week
At one point on Friday I was up $50. I could've exited my trade & hit my goal but it would have violated my trading rules
Instead, I followed my rules & fell $0.96 short of my goal

Last week, my goal was to have a profitable trading week.
At one point on Friday, I was up $50. I could have exited my last trade and hit my goal but it would have violated my trading rules. I chose to follow my rules
Exiting the trade when I was up $50 would have violated my trading rules.
In the short term, it would have felt good to hit my weekly goal but statistically speaking, the correct move was to hold to hold the trade.

I was on dad duty last week so I wasn't able to tweet my daily trading updates... But I came within $0.96 of my 1st green week (so close!) and I increased my win % by 33% week over week.
Here are my full trading stats & learning lessons from last week:

Last week was a tough trading week for me. On Mon & Wed, I struggled to trade the low volume/small price movements caused by the holiday. Then I made some execution errors that turned winning trades into losers. Here's a recap/analysis of my trading week: https://t.co/FZ3d7Hvxjm
Three decent setups on the day but I'm just making some dumb execution errors.
Gonna get those cleaned up and return tomorrow for some winning trades ๐ช
Trading $SPY 7/6/23: Daily P&L: -$102/-2.11%
Tried to join the downtrend this morning but hesitated on my first entry and then my limit order on my second entry attempt came up 2 cents short. Argh. Both trades would have been nice winners.
Here are the trades I did take:
Almost Trade #1: At 11:33 EST I had a mental limit order of $0.56 on the $438 calls. I had already used my one countertrend trade of the day (per my trading rules) so I could only paper trade this trade. Would have been a sniper entry with a profit of $252 ๐ข
