We’re welcoming Dr. Avimanyu Bandyopadhyay as CTO at AxonDAO.

Dr. Avi @iAvimanyu is a computer scientist and decentralized-infrastructure engineer with a PhD in Systems Analysis and Design, focused on decentralized science. He brings over a decade of experience in high-performance computing and scientific systems architecture, and is the author of Hands-on GPU Computing with Python.

He originally created @DeSci_OS, an operating-system-level foundation for decentralized scientific computing, built to make GPU compute reliable for real scientific workloads. That work aligned closely with AxonDAO’s direction and now evolves into AxonOS.

At AxonDAO, Dr. Avi will focus on systems-level thinking to ensure decentralized GPU infrastructure translates into dependable platforms that support real scientific output.
