A pretty popular pastime is to crap on @AirCanada but this story needs to be shared. I love airplanes and asked if I could see the cockpit for a brief moment. I figured the answer would be no but they let me in (before we took off) and I had a cool conversation with the Captain and co-pilot and the, I believe he was the backup?

Later my daughter also had a chance of meet co-pilot "Nathan" who was very nice. We experienced a wonderful flight back to Canada from Italy on AC893.

If we can take the time to complain, we should also celebrate all the great customer service too! To all that worked on this flight, thank you!
