Felt great to get outside! My body is tired and tight after spending 4 nights "sleeping" on a hospital couch (my daughter was born early Tuesday morning 🥲❤️), but this run still felt really nice.

Really fun run in Ketchum, Idaho! Started in the dark - it was a brisk 20°.

Really pretty town, it was awesome watching the mountains as the sun came up.
