@VZWSupport Hi Verizon. Been a customer for awhile and was charged an “upgrade fee” even though I upgraded my device through the vendor directly and never spoke to anybody at VZW through the activation process. Seems a *little* excessive to be charged $35 just to change devices?

@drinkspindrift Really great product, love the ice tea/lemon fusion. Liked it so much walked over to get another case. But the boxes are hard to carry for walking, ended up dropping it and damaging cans when crossing the street. Other unnamed seltzer with perforated box was fine
