@delta when your flight gets canceled and your not rebooked until the next day. Access to the sky club should not be disallowed since your no longer flying that day. Not like I have anywhere else to go since you are making me sit at DCA for over 18 hours.

@danthompson_TN I guess since it is a US state the airlines are not doing anything different. Flight to Puerto Rico was that way as well, but you could test on arrival for a hefty fee. I know international they were checking multiple times for all paperwork.
