@ConvergeSupport Ang bagal nyo magbigay ng billing invoice. 13 days na lang due date na. 7 days na ang nakakalipas magmula matapos ang July, wala pa rin ang August billing/invoice! Tapos yung dispute ko di nyo pa naayos!
@ConvergeSupport please check my DM and open a ticket for my dispute in billing me upgrade and installation fee on WIFI 6 promo whereas it should be FREE! This has been going for 3 months already and no resolution are being implemented.
@RMnano2@TheFiberMaster I agree. I am now filing a report to NTC regarding these billing charges na hindi naman dapat bini-bill. It has been 2 months pero recurring pa rin yung charges, pero sabi sa 2nd ticket ay solved na daw. Palagi din dinahilan na upgrading daw yung systems.
