"you can outsource your thinking, but you canβt outsource your understanding"
easy to forget in todays AI era, worth remembering everyday as we all wield more intelligence!
For YEARS I used -- to break/up sentences. Super effective, no idea what it was called. AI comes around and a great technique now has a bad reputation b/c it's abused. Irony: AI learned it from great writers; now great writers have to stop using it or be penalized by association.
next ver of my AI harness is running beautifully. Issue-driven with proj & agent config, Claude and Pi support, NO BASH tool access. Self-documenting README website <-- will post about it soon
new challenge this week: describing to #AI how to build a digital version of a living, growing plant. how weather affects it... how it behaves to other external factors... quite a fun challenge when you get really specific
The last two weeks have been strange. I've made more progress with Sonnet running the show in Claude Code ... Opus relinquished to Desktop chat brainstorming only. Q2 is not for productivity I guess. #AI
Today we're launching a rebuilt version of Claude Code on desktop.
The app has been redesigned for the ground up to make it easier than ever to parallelize work with Claude.
I haven't opened an IDE or terminal in weeks. Excited for you all to give it a shot!
lifecycle structure, discipline and constant re-validation after every step are critical when building with #ai agents.
design -> (validate) -> plan -> (re-validate) -> build (re-validate) π
Claude Code now supports agent teams (in research preview)
Instead of a single agent working through a task sequentially, a lead agent can delegate to multiple teammates that work in parallel to research, debug, and build while coordinating with each other.
Try it out today by enabling agent teams in your settings.json!
The pace of #AI tools is having a funny side effect... I've been excited to share some of the personal projects I've been working on, but I find myself re-architecting them every few days with new things! Can't even get v0.1 out!
The most successful organizations adopting #AI aren't the ones focused on being a first-mover...it's the ones building a foundation (and culture) for sustained iteration.
