oil and salt steak (not the pan), get pan smoking hot, sear each side for a few mins (depending on thickness), rest for 10 mins.

Sauce = low heat peppercorn sauce, add anything else (like spring onions), thin out with cream or crème freche.

RED WINE =DRINK a lot. 🍷

STEAK NIGHT 😍 🥩 all produce from Eric Lyons 👌 kept as simple as possible to cook ⬇️ 👨‍🍳

How’d you rate this plate? 🍽️

Wedges (red potatoes 🥔)= peeled, cut, air fried for 30 mins at 200c in SALT, olive oil and beef dripping. 🍟

Flat mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 = drizzle in olive 1/3

air fry for 20 mins at 180c.

Cherry tomatoes = air fry for 20 mins🍅

Green beans 🫛 = air fry under mushroom for 20 mins (or fry in pan with onions)

Onions 🧅 = fry in steak pan (in steak juices whilst steak is resting)

STEAK 🥩 = leave at room temperature for 5+ hours, 2/3
